WoundStat, a hemostatic agent for control of bleeding in high-pressue arterial wounds, has been issued a medical device licence by Health Canada. This means the product can be used by military, emergency medical, law enforcement, rescue and other first responder services to stop arterial bleeding and stabilize the injured. |
